01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and XC777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the XC777 website located at xc777.vu and all services, games, betting markets, and features available through it.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on XC777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players using XC777, including Pakistani players accessing the platform via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means.

02 Eligibility

To use XC777 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on XC777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same phone number, same email address, same device, or same payment method — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, XC777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. The details you provide — including your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment method information — must be genuine and must match the identity you will use when making deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

• Your account login credentials (username and password) are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• XC777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact XC777 support immediately.

XC777 reserves the right to require identity verification at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that raises a concern. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on XC777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. The supported methods and their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits are detailed on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your XC777 PKR balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. XC777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types — please check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank provider if you are unsure.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast withdrawals are typically processed same-day during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• XC777 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may delay the withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited via bonus credits or promotional allocations may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

XC777 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bingo tickets, free spins on slots, and VIP reward credits. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented to you.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all XC777 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your main PKR balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. A typical wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is available.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment use only. Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers — including multi-accounting, using automated software, or coordinating with other players to abuse an offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• XC777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to your account and actively being wagered will not be retroactively withdrawn mid-wagering cycle.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.

06 Betting Rules

The XC777 sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments), football, esports, and other sports markets as available. All bets are placed in PKR. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on XC777:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit feature for that specific market.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to your bet. For live in-play bets, a brief delay may apply between submission and confirmation — the confirmed odds will be shown on your bet receipt.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set per market and may vary. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, XC777 will apply the relevant settlement rules for that sport and market. Generally, bets on abandoned cricket matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result has been officially declared under the relevant competition rules.
• XC777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was made available in error, with incorrect odds, or in circumstances where there is evidence of manipulation.
• Any winnings resulting from an obvious error in odds or market configuration will be recalculated and settled at the correct price. XC777 will notify affected players of any such recalculation.
• Bet settlement follows official match result sources. For PSL and international cricket, the relevant cricket board's official result is the basis for settlement.

07 Casino and Slots

The XC777 casino section includes live dealer games (live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, live game shows) and RNG-based table games. The slots section includes video slots, classic slots, Megaways titles, and progressive jackpot games from third-party game providers integrated into the XC777 platform.

• All casino and slots games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. XC777 does not control the outcome of individual game rounds.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the individual game's information panel.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are funded by a percentage of all qualifying bets placed on the relevant jackpot game across all connected players. The jackpot amount displayed is indicative and may change between the time you view it and the time a jackpot is won.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino or slot game round, the round will be completed automatically and the result recorded. The outcome will be available in your account transaction history. If a completed round cannot be confirmed due to a server-side failure, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Casino table limits (minimum and maximum bet per round) are displayed within each game. Live dealer table limits may vary by table and time of day.

08 Bingo Rules

XC777 Bingo operates 90-ball, 75-ball, and 30-ball speed bingo rooms. Ticket prices are displayed in PKR within the bingo lobby before purchase. The following rules govern bingo play on XC777:

• Tickets purchased for a specific bingo game cannot be refunded once the game has started. Tickets for games that do not commence (due to insufficient player numbers or a technical issue) will be refunded in full to your PKR balance.
• Bingo games use an automated random ball draw system. All numbers are drawn randomly and independently for each game.
• Auto-daub is active on all XC777 bingo cards by default. Numbers are marked on your card automatically as they are called, so you do not need to monitor the game manually.
• Prize amounts are displayed in the bingo lobby before each game. Progressive jackpot bingo prizes require a full-house win within a specified number of calls — this condition is clearly stated in the game lobby before ticket purchase.
• Winning claims are verified automatically by the system. There is no manual claim process required for standard bingo prizes. Jackpot wins may be subject to additional verification before payment is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a bingo game, XC777 will make reasonable efforts to complete the game or, where completion is not possible, to return ticket stakes to all participants.

09 VIP Programme

The XC777 VIP programme rewards active players across all sections of the platform — casino, slots, sports betting, and bingo. Loyalty points are accumulated based on PKR wagered and contribute to tier advancement within the programme. The following conditions apply:

• VIP tier benefits are reviewed on a rolling basis. Tier status is assessed based on activity over a defined period — the specific assessment window and points thresholds for each tier are detailed on the VIP page.
• Points accumulated under the VIP programme have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. They serve solely as a measure of activity for tier advancement and related benefit eligibility.
• VIP benefits — including exclusive bingo rooms, enhanced withdrawal limits, bonus credits, and priority support — are applied at each tier level and are not transferable between accounts.
• XC777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme or any tier benefit at any time. Where material changes are made to the programme, existing VIP members will be notified via their registered contact details.
• Abuse of the VIP programme — including attempts to accumulate points artificially through low-risk wagering strategies designed to game the programme rather than play genuinely — may result in points forfeiture or account review.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinating bingo card purchases or sharing live casino information.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the XC777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and all other materials — is the property of XC777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the XC777 platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any XC777 content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game providers integrated into XC777 remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. XC777 makes this content available to players under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game software.

13 Limitation of Liability

XC777 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues at all times.

• XC777 is not liable for any loss of winnings, opportunity, or data arising from technical faults, network interruptions, or server downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore the service and to return any stakes for incomplete game rounds.
• XC777 is not responsible for any costs incurred by you in accessing the platform, including mobile data charges from your network provider.
• XC777's liability to you in respect of any single incident is limited to the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

By using XC777, you acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you accept that risk knowingly and voluntarily as part of your decision to use the platform.

14 Account Suspension and Closure

XC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder has not met or can no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
• XC777 is required to do so to comply with its own operational policies or applicable obligations.

Where an account is suspended or closed for a reason other than a Terms breach, any confirmed available balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being met.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting XC777 support. Voluntarily closed accounts with a remaining PKR balance will have that balance returned within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to identity verification.

15 Changes to These Terms

XC777 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, XC777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the XC777 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
